Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the parcel.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
